Table space is assigned in the order that paid registration is received. We will do our best to
honor Table number requests -- please include a first and second choice of Table numbers. See
Ike Gym Layout for available spaces. Check
back often - the layout page is updated frequently!
Both Saturday & Sunday Table - $50
Saturday only Table - $35 / Sunday only Table - $25
You keep 100% of all of your
sales!

If you have submitted a paid registration, you will receive a packet of information via
mail, the week before the sale. That packet includes information, times, routes, and table
assignment(s) plus...
- Table assignment(s)
- Vendor Passes for before Sale access and setup
- Route map for unloading your wares
- Lunch pre-order form for $5 lunch delivery to your table (optional)

(Due to construction, the West access to the Gym is no longer available.)

Beginning at 7:00am Saturday and 10:00am
Sunday, you must show your Vendor pass for Gate entry access to
unload. Unload route starts in the parking lot
off of 40th Ave, to the Gym via the access road, and exiting onto 40th Ave by the Stadium. Unload
gates close 1/2 hour prior to the start of the sale. |

There will be volunteers to assist you in
unloading and loading process. We will do our best to help you place your wares at your table(s). Vendors are responsible for setup, tear down, and clean
up of their Table area. |
|
|
Our concession stand in the gym foyer will
have donuts and coffee in the morning as well as lunch offering. Someone will contact you at your table during the
morning for pre-order lunches. |
|
|
The doors are closed to Customers at 3:00pm each
day. We ask that vendors REMAIN SETUP until that time.
Vendors leaving prior to
closing time will not be invited to return in the
future! |
|
|
If you are returning on Sunday, you can
leave your items overnight, as the building will be locked. Please take your valuables and cash with you and place a cover over your
remaining items.

|
|
All Vendors are asked to park in the South parking lot to allow more Customer parking and access
off of 40th Ave, close to the Gym.
NOTE FOR VENDOR ALUMNI -- Due to construction, the west parking lot is no longer
accessible.
